Both CL and NCL, expression of the transcript is correlated with IFN score in both CL and NCL monocytes in patients with SLE. CL and NCL only indicate that the transcript is only correlated with IFN score in one of the monocyte subsets. Correlations listed had a p<5.75×10-4 and a Spearman’s r>0.6.
