Paired two-tailed, t-test were used for all results, except peak HR, VO2 for the AT, performance fatigability index and perceived fatigability index where a Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used. Shapiro-Wilk normality test was performed to evaluate normality assumption. No adjustments were made for multiple comparisons.
